CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: CHECK-IN time is 3:00pm. Please call with early arrival requests -- such requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate each request. CHECK-OUT time is 12:00pm. Late departures may be available. Please verify with the front desk during your stay.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Reservation deposits equal 100% of the first day price (the combined amount of all rooms reserved for the first day's stay).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Guests will lose their deposit if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to 3:00pm on the day prior to check-in, otherwise they will be charged the total price of their stay. Penalties are subject to change based on seasonality, availability or other circumstances.

SMOKING: All guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking in your room can result in up to a $500 fee.

MARIJUANA: At The Avon, we recognize and appreciate the people of Colorado’s choice to legalize marijuana. However, we ask that you do not smoke marijuana in your room or in any common areas. Smoking in your room can result in up to a $500 fee.

PETS: Pets are allowed and even encouraged at The Avon (2 pet maximum). When we say pet, we really mean dog -- but just get in touch if you have something different and we'll try to make it work. Pet clean up is the responsibility of pet owners. Pets must be attended at all times and may not be left alone in the room. Pets must be on leash in common areas. Damage and clean up costs will be assessed by management and passed through to pet owners via a Pet Fee of up to $500.

PET LIABILITY: We will not be held responsible for pet-related accidents, injuries, fights -- or any other pet-related incidents. That said, please feel free to let your pet mingle and enjoy their time as well.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY/CERTIFIED HISTORICAL BUILDING: The Avon is a certified historical building. It was built in 1904. We have taken reasonable steps to make our building as accessible as possible. Some access is not readily achievable given the characteristics of the historic building and our dedication to the preservation of those characteristics. Please reach out if you have any questions/concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for retaining control of their children within the premises.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 2am to 6am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down (at any hour), we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.

LOST KEY CHARGE: A $25.00 fee will be charged for loss of room keys.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee any reservation. All credit cards are authorized for the full amount of the room and daily incidentals at the time of check-in. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club.

PARKING: The town of Silverton has ample public parking. If you're having trouble finding a spot, just ask.

LIABILITY: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service, and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests. We are not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
