From the moment I checked into The Avon I felt like I was some place special. I was greeted and checked in by Julian with a smile and shortly after was served my free check in drink and the soup of the day! What a way to start my mini vaca that ended up to be the best time on my snowboard ever! Tracy also took great care of me at the bar and gave me a variety of hot sauces to try with my food.
Pete was the jack of all trades. He would be getting firewood, making chili, bartending and fixing things around the property. His dog Ralph is pretty cool too. And Danny, the owner, was always around and put my mind at ease about riding the terrain at Silverton Mountain. Which was also amazing! Thanks again Avon Crew!!!
